Whether buyer or seller, M&A assists the client in researching and locating businesses for acquisition, partnership, alliances, whole or partial divestiture - whatever fits the client's needs. M&A works closely with its clients to thoroughly define goals and criteria for accomplishing the client's strategic plans for growth. Using M&A's proprietary data bases, network of area representatives and industry contacts, M&A identifies and initiates communication with potential affiliation candidates. If a candidate expresses an interest in pursuing discussions with the client, M&A will secure and provide preliminary information for the client's examination, subject to the execution of appropriate confidentiality agreements. Once a mutual interest is established, M&A's regional representative will be available to provide local assistance in order to facilitate a transaction.

All discussions between M&A, the client and the potential affiliation are treated as strictly confidential. Prior to identifying our client, appropriate confidentiality agreements protect both the identity of the client and the potential affiliation, as well as the privacy of any information and data concerning either party
