Mr. McCarthy brings over 30 years of experience in controllership/financial management for high technology, development and manufacturing companies, including contract negotiations and merger and acquisitions transactions. He founded M&A in 1993. Previously, he served as Chief Financial /Administrative Officer for the Advanced Technology Group of Sundstrand Corporation. Prior to this, Mr. McCarthy held various controllership and financial management positions with the Aerospace Group of the Singer Company, including Director of Finance for the Link Group and Vice President & Controller of HRB Singer, Inc. Prior to forming M&A, Mr. McCarthy consulted in the area of mergers and acquisitions and was retained by a private company to seek out acquisition opportunities.
